Our Mommy + Me Air Dry Clay Keepsake & Babywearing Dance Class is designed to help you celebrate these fleeting moments through creativity, movement, and community.

This one-of-a-kind workshop is split into two parts:

Part One: Air Dry Clay Keepsake Workshop
In the first half of the class, you’ll create a beautiful, personalized keepsake using air dry clay — a memory you can hold onto long after your baby has grown. We’ll guide you step-by-step in making an imprint of your baby’s hand or foot, adding texture, and customizing your piece with gentle tools and optional decorative touches.

You don’t need any previous art experience — this workshop is beginner-friendly and full of encouragement. The process is as enjoyable as the finished product, with plenty of time for giggles, bonding, and capturing photos of you and your baby together. Whether you decide to keep your clay piece natural or paint it at home after it dries, it will become a treasured memento of this stage in your motherhood journey.

Part Two: Babywearing Dance with Aya Mohamed
After our creative time, we’ll transition into a joyful babywearing dance session led by Aya Mohamed, a certified fitness instructor, mom of three, and founder of Ayamo Fit. Aya specializes in inclusive, feel-good movement classes for moms and families. Her babywearing dance sessions are filled with rhythm, laughter, and connection — perfect for new moms who want a fun, supportive way to move their bodies while bonding with their babies.

With gentle, rhythmic choreography, you’ll sway, step, and move in a way that feels great for your body and soothing for your baby. These classes aren’t about “getting it perfect” — they’re about moving with joy, meeting other moms, and feeling the uplifting energy of music and community.

Aya brings not just expertise, but empathy and encouragement — she understands the physical and emotional journey of motherhood, and her classes are designed to help you feel confident, strong, and connected.

Who This Class Is For:

• • Moms with babies (recommended age: 6 weeks and up — or when you feel ready for gentle movement)

  • No art or dance experience needed

  • A baby carrier or wrap is required for the dance portion (comfortable and supportive) We have a few extra baby carriers if you need to borrow one please contact us.

Location & Atmosphere:
Our space is bright, airy, and set up to make moms and babies comfortable. You can feed, change, or take breaks whenever you need. This is a judgment-free zone designed to make you feel at ease.
